Closing an account does not automatically delete:

  • Invoices
  • Payment records
  • Refund records
  • Fraud-prevention records
  • Complaint records
  • Legal claims
  • Information required by tax accounting or transport law

Where full deletion is not legally possible Taxxilo may restrict or block the information from normal operational use.

33. Complaints to the Data Protection Authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

In Spain the supervisory authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos or AEPD.

Before submitting a complaint you may first contact Taxxilo so we can try to resolve your concern.

Taxxilo does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.

By confirming this booking I confirm that I have read the Taxxilo Privacy Policy and understand that my booking contact route payment and travel information will be processed to arrange and manage the requested transport service. If I am booking for another passenger I confirm that I have permission to provide their information.

Client App Permission Notice

The Taxxilo client app may request access to notifications and optional device location. Notifications are used for booking driver arrival payment and support updates.
