1. Introduction
Welcome to Taxxilo. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website, bookingplatform, client app, driver app, support channels and transport booking services.
Taxxilo provides private taxi, airport transfer, city transfer, cruise port transfer, train station transfer,hourly booking and long-distance transfer services through our website, applications, partner network,licensed taxi drivers, professional drivers and fleet partners.
By using Taxxilo, creating a booking, paying an advance payment, downloading our app, accepting aride as a driver or using any Taxxilo service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Services Provided by Taxxilo
Taxxilo provides digital booking and ride coordination services for passengers, drivers and businesspartners. Our services may include:
- Airport transfers
- Private taxi bookings
- Hotel transfers
- City transfers
- Cruise port transfers
- Train station transfers
- Hourly bookings
- Long-distancetransfers
- Business and partner transport bookings
- Client booking management through thewebsite and app
- Driver ride management through the driver app and portal
Transport services may be performed by licensed taxi drivers, professional drivers, fleet partners or authorised transport providers. Taxxilo coordinates the booking, payment flow, customer support and communication between the client and the driver.
4. Taxxilo Website, Apps and Platform
Taxxilo operates different digital systems to manage bookings and rides. These may include the WordPress website, Laravel booking platform, admin portal, client portal, driver portal, client mobile app and driver mobile app.
The client app may allow passengers to view bookings, receive driver details, contact support, view ride status and access ride history.
The driver app may allow drivers to receive rides, accept bookings, update ride status, upload required documents, share location during active rides and communicate with clients or Taxxilo support.
5. Booking Process
A client may create a booking through the Taxxilo website, booking page, client app, support team, partner request or admin-created booking.
During the booking process, the client must provide accurate information, including pickup location, drop-off location, pickup date, pickup time, passenger count, luggage count, flight number where applicable, phone number, email address and any special requirements.
The client is responsible for checking all booking details before confirming the ride. Taxxilo is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect pickup time, incorrect address, wrong flight number, wrong terminal, wrong date, incorrect passenger count or undeclared luggage.
6. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when Taxxilo confirms it by email, booking page, app notification, payment confirmation, support message or another official Taxxilo communication channel.
A price preview or quote does not always mean that a driver has already been assigned. Driver details may be shared closer to the pickup time depending on driver availability and operational requirements.
If Taxxilo cannot assign a suitable driver, Taxxilo may cancel the booking and refund the amount paid to Taxxilo for that booking.
7. Prices and Payment
The booking price is calculated based on the route, distance, duration, pickup time, vehicle class, passenger count, luggage count, extras and any special requirements.
2Taxxilo may request an advance payment to confirm the booking. The remaining balance may be paiddirectly to the driver unless the booking is clearly marked as fully prepaid.
The client must check the booking confirmation to understand:
- Total ride price
- Advance payment already paid
- Remaining balance due to thedriver
- Vehicle class
- Pickup and drop-off details
- Cancellation terms
Payments made online may be processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe.Taxxilo does not store full card details on its own servers.
8. Remaining Balance
If the booking is not fully prepaid, the remaining balance must be paid directly to the driver at the endof the ride by the accepted payment method.
The client must always check the pending balance shown in the booking confirmation, app or guestbooking page. The driver should only collect the confirmed remaining amount unless extra charges applydue to changes, waiting time, extra stops or additional services requested by the client.
9. Airport Pickup and Free Waiting Time
9.1 One Hour Free Waiting After Flight Landing
For airport pickups, Taxxilo offers 1 hour of free waiting time after the actual flight landingtime.
This means the driver will wait up to 60 minutes after the flight lands without charging additionalwaiting time. This free waiting time is designed to allow passengers to pass passport control, collectluggage and reach the meeting point.
9.2 Flight Number Requirement
Clients should provide the correct flight number when booking an airport transfer. If the flight numberis missing, incorrect or changed, the client must inform Taxxilo as soon as possible.
Taxxilo and the driver may monitor the flight where possible, but flight tracking is not guaranteed to beperfect. The client remains responsible for providing accurate flight and arrival information.
9.3 After the Free Waiting Time
If the passenger does not arrive within the 1-hour free waiting period and cannot be reached, the drivermay apply additional waiting charges or mark the ride as a no-show.
If the passenger needs more time, they should contact the driver or Taxxilo support immediately.
310. Non-Airport Waiting Time
For city pickups, hotel pickups, station pickups, cruise port pickups and other non-airport rides, waitingtime may be shorter and depends on the booking type, driver schedule and operational conditions.
If the client is late, additional waiting charges may apply. If the client cannot be reached afterreasonable attempts, the ride may be treated as a no-show.
11. Cancellation Policy
11.1 Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before Pickup
The client may cancel the ride more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
If the ride is cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup, the client may receive a refund of the amountpaid to Taxxilo for that booking, unless a different written agreement or special booking conditionapplies.
11.2 Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Pickup
If the client cancels the ride within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, no refund will beprovided.
This is because the driver, vehicle and operational resources may already be reserved for the client andTaxxilo may lose the opportunity to assign that driver to another booking.
11.3 Same-Day Cancellation
Same-day cancellations are treated as cancellations within 24 hours. No refund will be provided unlessTaxxilo decides otherwise in exceptional circumstances.
11.4 Cancellation After Driver Assignment
If a driver has already been assigned or dispatched and the client cancels the ride, the booking may benon-refundable.
11.5 Cancellation After Driver Arrival
If the driver has arrived at the pickup location and the client cancels, refuses the ride or cannot becontacted, the ride may be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.
11.6 Cancellation by Taxxilo
Taxxilo may cancel a booking if no suitable driver is available, the route is outside the supported area,the booking information is incorrect, the vehicle is not suitable, payment fails, the passenger count orluggage count exceeds the vehicle capacity or the service cannot be performed safely or legally.
4If Taxxilo cancels because we cannot provide the service, the amount paid to Taxxilo for that bookingwill normally be refunded.
12. No-Show Policy
A booking may be marked as a no-show if:
- The passenger does not appear at the pickup location
- The passenger cannot be contactedusing the provided phone number or email
- The passenger provides the wrong pickup address
- The passenger provides the wrong date or time
- The passenger provides the wrong airport,terminal, port or station
- The passenger refuses the ride without a valid reason
- Thepassenger arrives after the free waiting period and the driver cannot continue waiting
No-show bookings are non-refundable.
13. Refunds
Approved refunds are normally sent back to the original payment method used for the advancepayment.
The time required for the refund to appear in the client’s bank account depends on the paymentprovider and the client’s bank.
Taxxilo is not responsible for bank processing delays after the refund has been issued.
If the client paid any amount directly to the driver, the refund of that amount may need to be handledby the driver or transport provider unless Taxxilo confirms otherwise in writing.
14. Booking Changes
Clients may request changes to the booking by contacting Booking@taxxilo.com orSupport@taxxilo.com.
Changes may include pickup time, pickup location, drop-off location, flight number, passenger count,luggage count, vehicle class or special requirements.
Booking changes are not guaranteed and depend on driver availability, vehicle availability, routedistance and operational capacity.
If a change increases the price, the client must accept the updated price before the booking ischanged.
15. Vehicle Classes
Taxxilo may offer different vehicle categories depending on availability. These may include standardcars, comfort cars, business cars, vans, larger vans and other suitable vehicle types.
5Vehicle class names are service categories. They do not guarantee a specific brand, model, colour orlicence plate unless Taxxilo confirms this in writing.
If the selected vehicle class is not available, Taxxilo may offer a similar or higher category wherepossible.
16. Passengers and Luggage
The client must provide the correct number of passengers and luggage items at the time of booking.
The driver may refuse the ride if the number of passengers or luggage items exceeds the legal or safecapacity of the vehicle.
Luggage must not be placed on passenger seats if this creates safety, damage or legal concerns.
Oversized luggage, sports equipment, wheelchairs, baby strollers, musical instruments or special itemsmust be declared before booking.
17. Children and Child Seats
Clients must inform Taxxilo if children will travel.
Child seats may be available as an extra service only when requested and confirmed. Availability is notguaranteed unless confirmed in the booking.
The parent, guardian or responsible adult remains responsible for ensuring that children travel safelyand in accordance with applicable road safety rules.
18. Pets
Pets must be declared before booking.
Drivers may accept or refuse pets depending on vehicle suitability, safety, hygiene, allergies andapplicable rules.
Clients may be asked to bring a blanket, towel or pet carrier so the animal can travel safely withoutdamaging or dirtying the vehicle.
The client is responsible for any damage, cleaning cost or safety issue caused by the pet.
19. Wheelchair and Accessibility Requests
Clients must inform Taxxilo before booking if any passenger uses a wheelchair, powered wheelchair,mobility scooter or requires special assistance.
6The client should provide dimensions, weight, folding ability and transfer requirements whererelevant.
Not all vehicles are adapted vehicles. Taxxilo will try to find a suitable solution but cannot guaranteeavailability unless confirmed in writing.
20. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Provide a working phone number and emailaddress
- Be ready at the pickup location on time
- Respect the driver and vehicle
- Paythe remaining balance where applicable
- Inform Taxxilo of flight delays, time changes or routechanges
- Declare children, pets, luggage and special requirements before booking
- Not useTaxxilo for unlawful or unsafe purposes
21. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers and fleet partners using Taxxilo must:
- Hold all required licences and legal authorisations
- Use only approved and roadworthyvehicles
- Maintain valid insurance and vehicle documents
- Arrive on time where reasonablypossible
- Drive safely and legally
- Treat clients respectfully
- Protect client personaldata
- Collect only the correct remaining balance
- Use the driver app or portal correctly
- Keep documents updated
Taxxilo may suspend, block or remove drivers who provide false documents, misuse the platform,receive repeated complaints, cancel rides without valid reason or fail to comply with legal and servicestandards.
22. Driver Documents
Drivers may be required to upload documents such as driving licence, taxi or VTC licence, vehicledocuments, insurance, identity documents, bank ownership proof, autónomo or company documents andother compliance documents.
Taxxilo may reject documents that are expired, incorrect, unreadable, mismatched, incomplete oruploaded under the wrong document type.
Approval by Taxxilo does not remove the driver’s responsibility to maintain valid legal documents at alltimes.
23. Driver App and Location Tracking
The Taxxilo driver app may use location data during active ride operations to support dispatch, driverassignment, pickup coordination, live tracking, safety, proof of arrival and customer support.
7Drivers must not disable required app permissions during active rides if this prevents the service frombeing performed correctly.
Location data should be used only for legitimate operational purposes and handled in accordance withapplicable data protection rules.
24. Client App
The Taxxilo client app may allow clients to view active bookings, ride history, driver details, pickup anddrop-off information, support messages, notifications and booking updates.
Clients must not misuse driver contact details, booking links, ride information or app features.
25. Guest Booking Links
Taxxilo may send clients a booking link that allows them to view ride details without logging in.
These links may expire after a limited time. Clients should keep booking links private and should notshare them publicly.
Taxxilo is not responsible if a client shares a private booking link with another person.
26. Reviews and Feedback
Clients may leave reviews, ratings or feedback about Taxxilo services.
Reviews must be honest, lawful and based on a real experience.
Taxxilo may remove reviews or comments that are fake, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, spam,private, misleading or unlawful.
27. Promotions and Coupons
Taxxilo may offer discounts, coupons, promotional codes or customer offers.
Promotions may be limited by time, route, vehicle class, city, customer type or booking channel.
Taxxilo may cancel or refuse a promotion if it is abused, duplicated, resold, used fraudulently or appliedagainst the purpose of the offer.
28. Business and Partner Bookings
Hotels, concierge teams, agencies, companies, event organisers and travel partners may requestbookings for their clients.
8The partner must have permission to share passenger information with Taxxilo.
The partner is responsible for providing accurate pickup details, passenger details, flight details andcontact information.

29. Lost Items
If a passenger leaves an item in the vehicle, they should contact Support@taxxilo.com as soon aspossible.
Taxxilo will try to help the passenger contact the driver. However, Taxxilo is not responsible for lost itemsunless required by law.
Returning a lost item may require extra delivery cost or driver time cost.
30. Complaints
Clients may submit complaints by contacting Support@taxxilo.com.
To help us investigate quickly, the client should provide:
- Booking number
- Name
- Email address
- Ride date
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- Description of the issue
- Photos or proof where relevant
Taxxilo may review booking records, driver records, messages, location data, payment records andsupport notes to investigate the issue.
31. Website and App Availability
Taxxilo works to keep the website, booking platform, client app and driver app available and secure.
However, Taxxilo does not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Temporary issues may happen due to maintenance, hosting issues, software updates, third-partyoutages, payment provider issues, map provider issues, internet problems or force majeure events.
32. Third-Party Services
Taxxilo may use third-party services for payment processing, maps, route calculation, hosting, analytics,emails, notifications, app stores, customer support and security.
These third-party providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
9Taxxilo is not responsible for third-party outages or errors outside our reasonable control.
33. Maps, Routes and Estimated Times
Distances, durations and route estimates may be calculated using maps and route providers.
Actual travel time may be affected by traffic, road closures, events, police restrictions, strikes, weather,accidents or local conditions.
Estimated time is not guaranteed. The driver may choose a reasonable route based on safety, legalityand traffic conditions.
34. Prohibited Use
Users must not:
- Create fake bookings
- Provide false payment or identity details
- Use Taxxilo for illegalactivity
- Harass drivers, clients or support staff
- Upload false documents
- Misusecoupons or promotions
- Hack, scrape or disrupt the platform
- Use another person’s accountwithout permission
- Bypass Taxxilo to avoid payment or commission
- Share private bookinglinks publicly
Violation of this section may result in cancellation, suspension, account closure, refusal of service orlegal action.
35. Limitation of Liability
Taxxilo is responsible for providing its booking and coordination services with reasonable care.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Taxxilo is not responsible for:
- Incorrect information provided by the client
- Missed flights, trains, cruises, events ormeetings caused by traffic or external events
- Road closures, police restrictions, strikes or forcemajeure
- Losses caused by third-party providers
- Items left in the vehicle
- Delayscaused by weather, accidents or traffic
- Indirect loss, loss of profit or business interruption
Nothing in these Terms removes any legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
36. Privacy and Data Protection
Taxxilo processes personal data in accordance with applicable European and Spanish data protectionrules, including GDPR principles.
We may collect and process personal data to create bookings, manage rides, assign drivers, processpayments, provide customer support, verify drivers, prevent fraud, improve the platform and comply withlegal obligations.

- Prevent fraud and platformmisuse
- Comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations
36.3 Legal Bases
Taxxilo may process personal data based on contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest,consent or safety-related reasons where applicable.
36.4 Sharing Personal Data
Taxxilo may share necessary booking data with assigned drivers, fleet partners, payment processors,hosting providers, email providers, map providers, support tools, analytics providers and public authoritieswhere legally required.
Drivers receive only the client information needed to perform the ride, such as name, phone number,pickup location, drop-off location, flight details, passenger details and booking notes.
36.5 Data Retention
Taxxilo keeps personal data only as long as needed for booking management, customer support,accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling and service improvement.
36.6 User Rights
Users may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, request portability orwithdraw consent where applicable.

37. Cookies
11Taxxilo may use cookies and similar technologies for website operation, booking functionality, security,language preferences, analytics, performance measurement and advertising measurement whereenabled.
Users may manage cookie preferences through the cookie banner or browser settings whereavailable.
38. Driver and Partner Confidentiality
Drivers and partners must keep client information confidential.
Client data may only be used to perform the booked ride. Drivers and partners must not use clientinformation for private marketing, personal contact, social media, resale or direct bookings outsideTaxxilo.
39. Force Majeure
Taxxilo is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside reasonable control, includingextreme weather, strikes, road closures, police restrictions, accidents, natural disasters, terrorism, publicevents, airport disruption, internet failure, payment provider outage or government action.
40. Changes to These Terms
Taxxilo may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be published on the website with a new effective date.
Continued use of Taxxilo after an update means acceptance of the updated Terms.
41. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that mayapply.
If the user is a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights provided by applicableconsumer protection law.

By confirming this booking, I accept the Taxxilo Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and CancellationPolicy. I confirm that the pickup, drop-off, date, time, passenger count, luggage and special requirementsare correct. I understand that airport pickups include 1 hour of free waiting time after actual flight landing. Iunderstand that cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup may be refunded, and cancellationsmade within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
Short Driver App Acceptance Text
By using the Taxxilo driver app, I confirm that I hold all licences, permits, insurance and vehicledocuments required to provide passenger transport services legally. I agree to keep my documentsupdated, use only approved vehicles, protect client data, follow Taxxilo ride procedures and comply with allapplicable transport, traffic, tax and data protection laws.
