A client account has been created for you. A separate email will arrive with your username and temporary password. Log in at app.taxxilo.com to track your booking status and driver details at any time.
No login? No problem Lookup
Track your booking without an account at app.taxxilo.com/booking/lookup — just enter your booking ID, pickup date, and email address.
Driver details sent 24 h before
We'll send a reminder email with your driver's full details — name, vehicle, and contact number — approximately 24 hours before your pickup. Also visible in your account and via the booking lookup.
Day of travel Pickup policy
Your driver will be at the pickup point on time. Free waiting time: 60 minutes for airport pickups · 15 minutes for all other locations. If the driver cannot reach you after calling and emailing, the booking will be marked no-show and the advance payment will not be refunded.
